FAQ’s
1. How long does your hair last?
Our virgin hair extensions can last up to 1 to 2 years with proper care. Please read our hair instructions to find out how to properly care for your hair extensions. Links to your store policies are shown in the footer of the checkout page. Not properly caring for your hair extensions can cause damage to the hair extensions. Please note, that not caring for hair properly can lead to damaged hair extensions.
2. Does your hair shed?
If a company tells you that your hair extensions don’t shed they are lying to you. All hair sheds. Our hair has minimal to no shedding. Hair extensions should be treated and cared for as you would your own natural hair. To prevent shedding we suggest sewing around the wefts of the hair instead of through the wefts and applying a weft sealer on the wefts to insure long lasting results.
3. How long does shipping and processing take?
Shipping takes 3 - 5 business days after your payment has cleared. Your payment should clear in 2 business days, and on or after the 3rd business day, your order will be shipped and it can take 2 - 3 days for delivery. To ensure you are protected as a customer and we are protected as a business, we need to prevent fraud and any other suspicious activity so we make sure the order is legitimate before we ship products out. You will receive updates on your order each time it is updated through your valid email address. International Orders please allow 12 to 16 business days to receive orders. WEEKENDS DO NOT COUNT AS PROCESSING AND SHIPPING DAYS!
If one of our stylist is doing your install, you can pre order your bundles and have them ready for you on the day of your install. You must pre order your bundles 3 - 5 days before your appointment to be sure your order is in stock.
4. If my item is shipped, and I am not home to receive it what happens?
Each item that is shipped requires a signature. We use this shipping method to ensure that all items are received and that we are protected as a company in any case of chargebacks, and you are protected as a customer. If you are not home to sign for your order, it will be taken to your local post office where you have 15 days to go claim it, the post office will not leave packages outside your home. If after the 15 days it’s unclaimed, they will send all items back to us, and that can take up to 1 week to receive.

Pre Install
Inspect:
When you receive your shipment remove your product from the package and inspect each piece carefully. We take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning, you can keep your new hair looking its best by implementing a simple care regimen.
Co Wash All Wefts:
Always properly co-wash your virgin bundles before an install to ensure the best manageability & quality of your hair. Remember not to scruff the hair (using a back and forth motion) as this will cause the hair to mat and bunch up at the fold of the weft. Always use gentle long strokes, rinse well, and proceed with a moisturizing conditioner.
Use a good sulfate free moisturizer or deep conditioner. Add a small amount of sulfate free shampoo to the moisturizer/ conditioner to cleanse your bundles…whenever possible let hair air dry.
Condition / Hydrate:
Conditioning the hair is vital to its maintenance. After you have shampooed and thoroughly rinsed your hair apply a generous amount of Conditioner to the hair. Gently comb hair with a wide tooth comb, to assure even coverage. Rinse conditioner from your hair with warm water and gently towel or air dry.
Styling:
Always keep your extensions tangle free. Brush or comb gently and avoid any excess tension. Always comb or brush hair from the bottom up, small sections at a time. The more careful you treat your extensions the longer they will last. Support your attachment when brushing or combing your hair.
Heat / Styling Tools:
Heat is your hair’s biggest enemy. The more you use on it, the shorter the life span of your hair. Use heat in moderation. Do not use high temperatures. High temperatures can damage the hair, including permanently altering the hair texture.
If you perm, tint, bleach or cellophane the hair, you do it at your own risk. We do not guarantee any hair that has been chemically altered. If you must chemically alter it, then be sure to do a test strand first. This will allow you to test how the hair will hold up to the chemicals.
Please read the labels of all hair products carefully. Do not use any of the hair products recommended if you are allergic to the product or to any ingredient in the hair care product.
Hair Care Products:
Avoid hair products that contain alcohol which can make the hair very dry. Also remember that many styling products can cause build up over time. It is recommended that a deep conditioning co-wash be used once or twice a month to remove build-up. Build-up can make the hair dry and can cause tangling.
